Passport Fair

Congressman Ellzey is hosting a Passport Fair with the Dallas Passport Office, to assist with applications and renewals.

All appointments must be confirmed. No walk-in appointments will be permitted. There will be no same-day books printed at this event. All applications will be process in accordance with the national processing times for Passport Services. All persons applying for a passport must register and be present at the event.

Please bring certified copies of all documents including your valid driver’s license, plus one of the following as your proof of U.S. citizenship: A previously issued U.S. passport, original birth certificate, or certificate of naturalization.

Each applicant must bring a front and back photocopy of the ID that will be presented at the time of passport acceptance. Local university ID is acceptable for college students.

Applicants are required to provide one recent passport photograph, measuring 2-by-2 inches, on a white background. The Agency will not provide photographs. Applicants may purchase photographs at a local CVS, FedEx, Walgreens, etc. The Midlothian Library will also be offering passport photos to those who do not already have one.

All applicants must appear in person (including minors). Minors under the age of 16 must appear with both parents. If one parent is not available, a notarized DS-3053 Statement of Consent authorization from the non-appearing parent is required, along with a photocopy (front & back) of the absent parent’s ID. U.S. passport holders whose passport expires within six months should consider renewing their passports.
