FY2026 Appropriations Programmatic and Language Request Form

Submit this form by March 14, 2025.  Please provide all information as appropriate to complete your request. Incomplete forms may result in your request not receiving proper consideration.

Thank you for your interest in submitting an appropriations request to my congressional office for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. Below you will find a copy of the submission form for programmatic and language requests for FY2026 that my office will use this year. 

Please take a moment to read the instructions carefully. It is important to note that the House Committee on Appropriations will only consider requests for programmatic increases or decreases. 

In order to provide the information required of me by the House Appropriations Committee, I have developed the below application form for your use.

• Please note that you must fill out the entire application. 
• The Committee requires all information for submission. 

• As noted on the form, please provide us with the President's Budget Request (PBR) level (if it is available at the time of submission or previous year's PBR).
• If you are submitting multiple requests, you must provide an overall priority ranking for each request.
• Please fill out separate requests for language and programmatic funding. 
• You do not need to fill out both sections for each request.
