Project Description and Statement of Public Benefit: Children’s Health System of Texas (Children’s Health) seeks $1.4 million to upgrade and modernize its critical care mobile transportation team’s ability to serve newborns and infants in North Texas. The funding will replace six infant transport incubators reaching the end of life. This equipment is crucial for ensuring newborns and children in rural Texas served by the health system’s Neonatal and Pediatric Specialty Transport Service team arrive safely at a medical facility equipped to provide lifesaving care.
