Project Overview
The City of Alvarado, Texas proposes the demolition of a deteriorating structure located at 208 E. Purdom, Alvarado, Texas 76009, acquired on or around April 7, 2026. The building is dilapidated and substandard, presenting safety concerns and is not suitable for rehabilitation. Asbestos testing is currently underway (initiated April 17, 2026).
